Modern hotel located very close to the center of the town, the Heviz lake, and pedestrian zone. Comfortable bed in king room with an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Large bathroom with a walk-in shower; well-trained and excellent staff. Incredible, FANTASTIC location in the children playing area. Exceptional overall experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Palace Hotel Heviz. The staff was incredibly friendly and always pleasant to interact with. I appreciated the free wake-up calls and ironing services. The room was reasonably spacious, and I loved the kitchen area. The balcony offered a delightful place to relax, and I felt reassured knowing that smoke detectors were installed ' safety. a lovely stay!

we enjoyed food and location only short distance to the thermal lake

checking in is starting from 14:00 everyday however when we arrived at15;00 our room was not ready and we had to wait 1 hour to be accomodated.

We were there only one night and impression is very nice - very good location, helpfull staff, large and clean room. We will come again.

We were in the room which is under the roof but roof windows are not equiped by light blinds what makes longer morning sleeping almost impossible.

We had a wonderful stay at Palace Hotel. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony and a small kitchen area. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel was very clean. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and dinner, and there was also a nice coffee place with snacks available. The location was superb, with beautiful surroundings and close proximity to Hévíz lake. The underground garage was a great bonus and made our stay very comfortable. The swimming pool area was lovely too.

Room was very clean and spacious. Good furniture. Very good breakfast.

Not comfortable mattress. No restourant or bar at night time just minibar in room, but it's not enougt. I was hungry.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, where everything was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the location was perfect, right next to the shopping street in the heart of the area.

Eatings were rich and luxuriant. Rooms are large and clean. The hotel is near to the lake of Heviz. The wellness of the hotel was really good.

I loved the convenience of having so many restaurants and shops right at my doorstep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and even shuttle services available. The room itself was luxurious and well-equipped, with amenities such as an in-room safe, mini-bar, and a balcony with a lovely view. I also had a great time taking advantage of the hotel's leisure facilities, including the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the area.

During my recent stay at Palace Hotel, I was delighted with the superb location right by the shopping street. The hotel's buffet-style breakfast and dinner offered a great variety of delicious options. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool, sauna, and steam bath with the perfect relaxation after a long day. The young staff members were always smiling and working hard to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
